We want you to feel confident in your Orthopo purchase. If it's not the right fit, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Email sales@orthopo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return and we'll help arrange an exchange where possible.
